Avocado & Tomato Salad
4c Haas avocado (diced)
2c grape tomato (cut in half)
2c red onion (chopped)
1c cilantro
1 jalapeno (chopped)
4 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. olive oil
salt & pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, and enjoy.
