Pasta Salad
1 pound whole wheat pasta
1c red onion
1/2c cilantro
1c peas
1c corn
1c grape tomatoes
1c pineapple tidbits
1/4c sliced almonds
1 jalapeno (diced)
1c (low fat) Italian dressing
salt & pepper to taste
Mix: all ingredients in a large bowl.
Another Easy side dish to share with your family and friends.
